The small low cost Auto Grease can be filled with either oil or grease to provide a controlled flow rate to bearings, chains and moving interfaces. The Auto Grease is a unique, tamper resistant and battery free design. A simple electro-chemical reaction inside a sealed chamber produces a tiny controlled rate of gas expansion to push lubricant from the unit. The discharge rate is set via a control knob on the Auto Grease top, with lubricant use monitored via a viewing window on the side.
From 2004, Stock Redler will fit Auto Greases on all applicable machinery it supplies as standard. This market leading initiative will ensure reliable operation and prolonged service life for the Stock Redler range bulk material handling equipment.
When the Stock Redler Auto Grease is fitted from new and the machinery is placed inside Stock Redler's “Perpetual Motion” contract programme, unique bearing failure guarantees are available (conditions apply). One “Perpetual Motion” contract, factory fitting Stock Redler Auto Greases to every point across the site, has operated for the whole of 2003 free of bearing failures.
