Malting and Brewing Industry
Due to Redler®'s long association of serving the Malting and Brewing industry, their name has become synonymous with providing the highest standard of material handling systems within the industries.
The notable requirements of bulk materials handling in the industries, predominantly with mechanical handling equipment in brewing and with specialist malting machinery and automatic process control in malting, require specialist systems with precise functionality. Redler®'s continued involvement in the industry has led to a profound understanding of its requirements.
Specialist Equipment
As innovators of specialist material handling equipment, Redler® are well-positioned to supply the Brewing and Malting industries with perfect process solutions.
Redler® conveyors and elevators are ideally suited to the transport of brewing materials: the patented En-Masse principle minimises grain corn damage even at high transfer rates, whilst Redler®'s renowned build quality ensures long and reliable service in an industry which demands durable process machinery.
Redler® opted to withdraw from full manufacture and installation of malting equipment in the 1990's, but have since maintained their association through the supply of mechanical handling machinery and have made use of their detailed knowledge of malting process operations by offering retro-fit control systems to existing plants.
Redler® also withdrew from manufacture of specialist machinery for the Brewing industry, but continue to develop associations with the manufacturers of brewing equipment. Redler® are able to work closely alongside these suppliers, or even in a Main Contractor role in a range of Brewing projects.

Control Systems
Redler®'s reputation for creating the perfect control system for any process is outstanding, and decades of experience in the intricacies of process operations in the Brewing and Malting industries ensures that Redler® can deliver turnkey projects from site cabling or control enclosure design and build, through to P.L.C., H.M.I. and S.C.A.D.A. hardware and software either for existing or new installations.
