Coors Brewery - Handling Plant Refurbishment

As part of a two phased contract, awarded to Redler by Briggs of Burton, it has seen eighteen Redler^® Conveyors and Elevators completely refurbished at the Coors Brewery in Burton-on-Trent.

The Redler equipment in the North and South Breweries was originally installed during the 1960's and has been working extremely well over the past 40 - 50 years in the conveying and elevating of various malts and malt grist during the brewing process.

So as to ensure continued reliability of plant and equipment in future years it was decided that the Redler^® machinery would be refurbished to have new components installed during two phased and planned shutdown periods within the Brewery.

Working in conjunction with Briggs the Redler Customer Service Team were able to organise for the large quantity of conveyor internal components to be manufactured, inspected and despatched ready for the respective shutdown in a matter of weeks.

Redler pride themselves in the quality of their products and skilled personnel throughout the Company, which was a major decision maker by the end customer Coors, in awarding this project.

In a close working partnership with Briggs of Burton, Redler have been able to achieve their respective targets and fulfil all contractual expectations.
