Application
The CD3000 Conveyors and ELEVEYORS can be used where "fluff" type alternative fuels need to be conveyed and elevated.
The design of the machines allows for conveying horizontally, conveying on an incline up to 25 degrees or in the elevator form up to 60 degrees with bottom and top bends.
Construction
The heart on the machine is the use of Redler forged, machined and case hardened chains, driven by hardened sprockets.
Two strands of chain are used with plastic cross flights toconvey the material.
The casing is steel plate with a painted finish.
Lengths and angles are to suit client’s plant layout requirements.
Operating Principle
The CD3000 Conveyors and ELEVEYORS operate on the simple scraper principle.
The material to be conveyed is fed to the machine inlet at a controlled rate. The flights on the chains then scrape the material to the outlet where it discharges.
