Feed rates range from 0.1 litres/hr up to 8,000 litres/hr, the feeding system can be used for continuous feeding, charging and batching. It can process bulk solids with a particle size of up to 10 mm. It also enables the feeding of additives and compounders as well as the forming of batches.

Agitator-free feeding technology with gentle product discharge thanks to exterior agitation paddles. The product is cost-effective, simple to integrate and compact in design. It is low maintenance and offers remarkable basic features, such as robust stainless steel housing with easily detachable side panels; a flexible screw trough of TUFLEX vinyl or polyurethane (FDA approved); a stainless steel extracting element; and an extractor tube. It is supplemented by a protective grid, with speed-controlled drive for the feeding screw and paddle.
