Preventive Maintenance
Maintenance options are negotiated with you following a detailed survey. All work is carried out by Stock Redler Limited approved engineers with the full support of Stock Redler's technical and engineering resource.
- On-Site Information — Stock Redler provide a Perpetual Motion Service Log folder into which all documentation and procedures relevant to the equipment are safely filed.
- Planned Procedure — the majority of equipment is covered by a Planned Maintenance Procedure which details the necessary routine work needed to maintain efficient operation. This can include Stock Redler Monitor — a thermographic, vibration and ultrasound predictive monitoring system that identifies wear before failure occurs.
- Inspection Reporting — a report using an electronic and printed check list demands a set inpection procedure. The inspection identifies individual equipment and component status. Customer approval and signature is required at the time of completion and issue of the report. This procedure covers individual machines and, where necessary, is supplemented by an additional memorandum report. Every engineer has access to equipment and client history via mobile communication links.
- Safety First — the inspection will be carried out with due regard for all mandatory legislation and in compliance with all local rules and regulations referring to health and safety at work. Clients must provide details of any such requirements prior to the first on-site inspection.
- Replacement Parts — the cost can be included within fixed price Solutions.
